All branches of the Volusia County Public Library are closed to the public until further notice.
Library branch staff are available by phone to assist with questions you may have about filing for unemployment, general reference questions, research questions, etc. Call us if you need tax forms, we will make them available with our curbside pickup service.
Call your local branch to update your library account, unlock your account, or reset your PIN code. We will also issue new library cards.

Miss Humblebee's Academy is an interactive kindergarten-readiness program that introduces children ages three to six to key concepts in math, science, social studies, language and literacy, art, and music. It's as challenging as it is fun! For ages 3-6.
The Library will be streaming storytimes live on FaceBook starting the week of March 23rd. While the Library branches are closed to the public, parents and young children can watch a storytime on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am.
Each storytime will be presented by members of the Library's talented children's staff and comments will be answered during the live stream. Visit the Library's Facebook page for updates.

Volusia County Schools (VCS) will be providing FREE Breakfast and Lunch meals for its students during the extended school closure period from March 23 through May 1, 2020.
Meals will be available for pick-up between the hours of 10 am and 12:30 pm in the parent loop of each school site. District staff will distribute the meals directly to those in their vehicles (drive-thru service) upon arrival. In addition, district staff will hand-out meals directly to any walkers and/or bike riders that may lack motor-vehicle transportation.
VCS Student Transportation Services will be assisting District staff with food delivery to centralized locations within the community March 30 through May 1, 2020. Meals will be handed out directly to families; students must be present.

Join this exciting program for children ages 0 to 5. Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, and/or toddler. The goal is to have read 1,000 books (yes you can repeat books) before your precious one starts kindergarten. Enroll at your local branch!
