Genealogy

Volusia County Public Library offers extensive genealogy resources for library users who wish to research their family history or are interested in history in general. There are three databases available to library users. *Ancestry.com, Fold3.com, Newsbank, Florida Memory, and HeritageQuest.com.

*Please note that Ancestry.com is only available from inside branch locations of Volusia County Public Library using a public access computer or the Library's free WiFi network.

Additionally, Daytona Beach Regional Library and DeLand Regional Library have large, dedicated Genealogy rooms. New Smyrna Beach Regional Library has a dedicated Genealogy section.
