Meeting Rooms

Public use meeting rooms:

Meeting rooms in the Volusia County Public Library system are available to the public with certain restrictions. Click here for the meeting room policy and application. Applications may be filled out on-line but must be presented in person at the branch. Rooms vary in size and hospitality features. Check with your local branch for room availability.

Meeting Room Fees:

Non-profit organizations - No-charge

Meeting room - conference: Accomodates 1-20 people: $25.00 per hour for-profit organizations

Meeting room - medium: Accomodates 21-99 people: $50.00 per hour for-profit organizations

Meeting room - large: Accomodates 100 plus people: $100.00 per hour for-profit organizations
